HEART SPEAK: Expressive Arts Grief Workshop
HeART Speak is an expressive arts grief workshop series for adults, offering a safe and holding environment to explore grief through the power of the art process. Experienced grief therapists, Lauren Gray, LMFT and Ashlee Cabral, LMFT, will guide participants through a day of creating, connecting, and processing in a beautiful, natural setting in West Petaluma.
Initial screening and RSVP required. No art experience needed. All materials provided. A new modality is offered each month.
